Registration and Payment
Organisations interested in Diwai Pacific training programs are requested to contact Diwai Pacific. A training proposal and quote can be prepared on request.
Booking for training services must be made 8 weeks in advance of the preferred training time. Organisations booking training will be sent a tax invoice and are requested to pay 50% of the training cost 15 business days in advance of the first day of training and the balance on or before the first day of training.

All client organisations are required to accept the terms and conditions of the Cancellation and Refund policy when accepting a training proposal.
Cancellation and Refund
Diwai Pacific may reschedule or cancel any training due to circumstances beyond its control or for non-payment by the client.
If a training must be rescheduled, the client will be immediately informed and receive a full refund or rescheduling of the training on alternative dates.
By enrolling in a Diwai Pacific training program, the client organisation understands that Diwai Pacific is not liable for any loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from a rescheduled or cancelled training.
Should a client organisation need to cancel a scheduled training program, this can occur through the following means:
- Client organisations must provide written notification to Diwai Pacific to cancel a scheduled training.
- Upon receiving written notification, Diwai Pacific will refund the fee minus a 10% administration fee. Cancellations received 5 working days or less from the start of the training will not be refunded.
- If training is rescheduled or cancelled, client organisations that have paid will be offered a full refund or rescheduling of training to alternative dates.
- Fees will be refunded by direct deposit to the bank account of the client.
Individual Clients enrolled in Publicly Offered Training Programs
Registration and Payment
Those interested in Diwai Pacific training courses are requested to complete the attached registration form and submit to Diwai Pacific by email, fax or post.
Training booking and payment must be made no later than 3 weeks (15 business days) before the training is scheduled to begin. Upon receiving your registration form and payment receipt, we will send to you a confirmation and information about the training venue and times.

Cancellation and Refund
Diwai Pacific may reschedule or cancel any training course due to an insufficient number of participants or for any other unforeseen circumstances at any time prior to the commencement of the training. Participants will be advised promptly of any rescheduling or cancellation. Participants will receive a full refund or enrolment in another course on alternative dates.
By enrolling in a Diwai Pacific training program, the participant and sponsor understand that Diwai Pacific is not liable for any loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from a rescheduled or cancelled training.
Cancellation of enrolment can occur through the following means:
- Participants must provide written notification to Diwai Pacific to cancel enrolments.
- Upon receiving written notification, Diwai Pacific will refund the fee minus a 10% administration fee. Cancellations received 5 working day or less from the start of the training will not be refunded. Should you not be able to attend the course, someone can be identified to take your place in the training.
- If training is rescheduled or cancelled, participants who have paid will be offered a full refund or enrolment in another course on alternative dates.
- Fees will be refunded by direct deposit to the bank account of the participant.
